Divine DeFi DAO (DDD)

Divine DeFi DAO passes are the first $HALO collection that will be dropped with a timeline at the end of May

Divine DeFi DAO is a collection of 100 NFTs that will be auctioned and raffled for $HALO. This approach is to prevent all of the $HALO whales from buying up the DDD passes from others who may want them.

Funds

40% of our mint funds and 2/3 of all our 7.77% royalties make up our Community Wallet.

This pass is for exclusive rights of profits and governance over the investment portion of our Community Wallet.

Our Community Wallet is allocated as -

• 80% DDD Investment Strategy

• 20% Reserves ($SOL Single-sided Staking) These funds may be used for raffles, community events, ventures, and any other community-voted activity.

Pre-launch of DDD, we have put 500 SOL into single-sided staking on the Marinade platform to earn yield and help decentralize the Solana with its validators (as we have seen recently is much needed).

DeFi Round Table

We will elect a small team of DeFi vets for our "DeFi Round Table".

This team will form different monthly strategies of varying risk profiles, potential yields, and exit strategies for the DDD holders to vote on.

The DeFi Round Table is paid from the profits of the DDD pass, ensuring and aligning motives to create the best long term strategies for the community wallet and DDD holders.

DeFi Round Table members may be promoted and demoted as deemed fit by the team and community.

DeFi Paper Trading Platform

Our DeFi Paper Trading Platform will be a monthly competition with an entry fee of $HALO that earns the top competitors $SOL, NFTs, $HALO, and other assets in the Divine Dogs ecosystem.

Newcomers to Solana DeFi will be able to test what they have been learning in Muttley's Evil Lab and gain additional hands-on experience for the cost of $HALO; while seasoned vets of the space will be able to put their abilities to the test.

Each player will be put on an equal playing field, with the same amount of "paper" (fake) Solana to trade. The greatest realized ROI at end of the competition wins! (details of competition rules will be clarified leading up to our first competition).

Leaderboards will be maintained to show the highest performing traders in the community.

Top performers will be among the first considered for additions to the DeFi Round Table.
